Shipped Items
Shipped items like pillows & blankets are created after you order, so they take 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US & Canadian holidays) to ship out.
Items are designed in Canada, and ship from North Carolina, USA. Please note some orders may arrive in two or more shipments.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted for Non-Personalized Items within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Personalized Items: Please note that Personalized items are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, email us to customerservice@triplehug.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
All products are made-to-order. If your order has already entered the production stage or shipping stage, I will not be able to cancel it.
Sale Pricing
Sale pricing is valid between the sale dates only and will not be applied to past purchases.
